No Bake Bars

Today's Special: Protein Powder - No Bake Bars.


❏ 1.5 cups rolled oats to blend, or 1 cup oat flour
❏ 1-2 scoops of NutraPhase MCT Powder
❏ 1 scoop of Chocolate NutraPhase New Zealand Whey
❏ 1/2 cup rice crisps
❏ A dash of salt to taste
❏ 1/2 cup peanut butter
❏ 1/2 cup maple syrup
❏ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
❏ Almond milk


❏ In a bowl, mix the oat flour, MCT Powder, protein powder, rice crisps and salt
❏ Add peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract
❏ The mixture will likely be a bit dry. Add a splash of almond milk. Be cautious, a little goes a long way!
❏ Place parchment paper in a pan, and place the mixture in the pan, and flatten the mixture
❏ OPTIONAL: Melt a 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil, and 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips in a bowl, mix and drizzle over the bars!
