Need a quick breakfast that you can take on the go? Try this delicious protein packed strawberry banana smoothie!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1 full fresh or frozen banana 

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain)

  • ½ cup milk of choice (choose whole milk for a higher protein option)

  • 1 Scoop Nutraphase Protein Powder (Vanilla) 


Steps: 

  • Add ½ cup milk of choice to your blender

  • Add ½ cup yogurt 

  • Add 1 scoop protein powder

  • Add ½ cup strawberry

  • Add 1 banana 

  • (Tip: If smoothie is not blending well, add more milk of your choice)
