Protein Banana Bread

Ingredients:
â 2 1/4 cup flour
â 1/2 cup of New Zealand Whey vanilla protein powder
â 1/4 cup sugars
â 1 tsp cinnamon
â 3 tbsp of coconut oil
â 2 eggs
â 1-2 ripe bananas
â Splash of salt and vanilla!
â Optional: chocolate chips
Instructions:
â Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
â In a medium bowl whisk together all your dry ingredients - in a separate bowl mix together all the wet ingredients. Add the two mixtures together and whisk until combined. Then place into the oven for 55 minutes!
