Too often, people try to take out things to achieve their goals: soda, pizza, candy, etc.
Often times we can improve our habits by finding small things to add in:
- Drinking more water
- Taking a daily walk
- Heading to the gym
- Eating more vegetables
- Having higher protein meals
Taking out things you love can make achieving your goals more difficult. Add things that will support your goals and build healthy habits to sustain you in the future.
