Your exercises don’t need to be fast to work. In fact, they’re more effective when done at a slower pace.

Here are some benefits of slowing down your movements:

🐌 It reduces your risk of injury.
🐌 It increases your time under tension.
🐌 It helps build muscle and strength.

*Note that this tip doesn’t apply for “explosive-type” exercises. However, these movements should only be done AFTER basic movements have been mastered.
